Valerio Bontempi (Rome, 1993) is a Tenure-Track Researcher (RTT) in Administrative Law at the Universitas Mercatorum.<\/span><\/span> In 2023, he obtained the National Scientific Qualification (ASN) to serve as an Associate Professor in the competitive sector 12\/D1 \u2013 Administrative Law.<\/span><\/span> He holds a PhD (XXXIII training cycle) in Government and Institutions (IUS\/10) from the University of Roma Tre, where he graduated cum laude with a Law degree in 2016. He was a Researcher (RTD-A) in Administrative Law at the University of Tuscia (2023-2025), a Research Fellow in Administrative Law at Luiss Guido Carli (2021-2023), and a Research Assistant at the IMT School for Advanced Studies in Lucca (2020-2021).<\/span><\/span> He was Global Emile No\u00ebl Fellow at New York University School of Law (a.y. 2024-2025).<\/span><\/span> He has been Visiting Research Fellow at King's College London (2024), Dublin City University (2023) and the Max-Planck-Institut f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndisches \u00f6ffentliches Recht und V\u00f6lkerrecht in Heidelberg (2019).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>","link":"https:\/\/archivio.irpa.eu\/en\/fellows\/valerio-bontempi\/","name":"Valerio Bontempi","slug":"valerio-bontempi","taxonomy":"person","meta":[],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
