Maurizia De Bellis is Associate Professor in Administrative Law in the Department of Law of the University of Rome II \u201cTor Vergata\u201d, where she teaches European Administrative Law, Law of Public Finance and Regulation. She has been assistant professor in the same Department (2008-2022). She has been awarded the National Scientific Qualification [Abilitazione scientifica nazionale] as Full Professor in Administrative Law (12\/D1), by unanimous vote of the jury.\r\nShe has been fellow and visiting scholar in several universities. She has been Jemolo Fellow at Nuffield College, University of Oxford (2005), she was Global Research Fellow at New York University School of Law (2009-2010) and she was professeur invit\u00e9 at the University of Paris II Panth\u00e9on Assas (2018-2019; 2019-2020).\r\nAfter graduating in Law cum laude (2002) in the University of Pisa, she received a Diploma in Law Studies (2003), also cum laude, from the Sant\u2019Anna School of Advanced Studies in Pisa (a prestigious public university which admits a small number of students after a competitive selection and grants a full scholarship). She completed her Ph.D. in Public Law of Economics [Diritto pubblico dell\u2019economica] (2007) in the University of Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d. In 2007, she was awarded a research grant [assegno di ricerca] in Administrative Law in the Faculty of Law of the University of Siena. In 2008, she obtained the European Public Law Diploma from the European Public Law Organization (EPLO).\r\nShe has taught administrative law, comparative administrative law, administrative science, regional law, public law, comparative public law and Global Administrative Law. She is lecturer in Master courses in Administrative Law in the Universities of Rome \u201cTor Vergata\u201d, Rome Three and Rome \u201cLa Sapienza\u201d.\r\nDr. De Bellis is principal investigator of the research project founded by the University of Rome Tor Vergata on \u201cThe Green New Deal: what transformation for the role of public powers?\u201d. She currently participates in the project of relevant national interest [Progetto di rilevante interesse nazionale \u2013 PRIN], sponsored by the Italian Ministry of University Autonomous vehicles and new technologies in transport: market design and legal issues, and in the project REGALIEN (Responsibility of Governments, Accountability and Legitimacy In European Nations), of the Ecole de Droit of the University Science Po, Paris. In the past, she participated to several projects funded by the EU (such as the project Betkosol \u2013 Better Knowledge and Better Solution, financed by the EU Commission Hercule III, and the Network EU Jean Monnet Academic Research on agencification of EU executive governance (TARN)), the Italian Ministry of Education, and to research projects of the University of Amsterdam and of the University Science Po, Paris.\r\nShe is a member of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S), of the European Public Law Organization (EPLO), of the Transnational Administrative Law Network, of the Institute for Research on Public Administration (Istituto di ricerca sulla pubblica amministrazione - IRPA), and of the Centre for Tele-Infrastructure (CTIF) Global Capsule (CGC).\r\nShe served as a law clerk at the Italian Constitutional Court (2011-2013).\r\nHer research explores the interaction between global, European and domestic administrative law. In particular, dr. De Bellis focuses on EU agencies and on the regulation of financial markets. Her publications include \u201cThe regulation of financial markets\u201d [La regolazione dei mercati finanziari, Milano, Giuffr\u00e9, 2012, p. xi-491], EU Executive Governance: Agencies and Procedures, (Giappichelli, 2019, co-edited with G. della Cananea and M.
