The Italian university system is undergoing a wide-reaching reform pursuant to Law No. 240 of 30 December 2010. All components of the university system are facing major functional and structural changes, as a result of decision-making processes that have also been profoundly amended. The reform of the university system is still far from being finalised, and must be disciplined.
