The article describes the Government\u2019s regulatory activity in the period 2020-2021. This period was characterized by measures to combat the Covid-19 pandemic. As a consequence, first of all, the health measures adopted during the emergency and concerning both the obligations of physical distancing and the containment of the epidemic are taken into consideration, as well as the provisions relating to vaccinations and the so called \u2018green pass\u2019. Subsequently, the main regulations adopted to support the economy and the entrepreneurial system are taken into account, distinguishing between financial aids, aimed at reducing the negative impact of the pandemic on companies and workers, and other economic recovery measures, also adopted in the context of the Next Generation EU and of the national recovery and resilience plan.
